API clients (keys, quotes, a study that is not progressing, billing): support@woodstitch.com with your evaluation id. The API documentation and rate card answer most questions first.
Requests for the per-judgment data behind a published study, questions about a method, corrections, or a request to be notified when a study is updated: support@woodstitch.com, naming the study. Each report's data section says what is available. Press and interview requests go to the same address.
